Welcome to YBBC DAY 7!

You made it through the week, woo, sometimes that’s the best we can do, right.

Over here in the Caribbean, I keep telling myself – you can get through this week, just breathe, focus on what matters, take a break, you got this girl, and oh yeah, stop drinking so much damn coffee ☕

In just seven short days, only seven, you’ve experienced a full-body reset.

Let’s quickly reflect:

  • You cultivated your innermost layer, the core of who you are
  • You firmed your roots
  • You twisted away from the negative, to make room for the positive
  • You learned how to soften
  • You awakened your strength
  • You gained appreciation for your legs

Today’s class is simple and straightforward, it’s a total body power flow.

You can expect to awaken and nourish every crevice of your body through powerful postures, relaxation, and a moment in meditation. And at the end, I invite you to take a deep breath and recognize how you feel.

Take inventory of your body, mind, and soul.

Do you feel stronger? Are you less anxious? Is your mind less cluttered? Do you feel connected to your personal power?

Confusion because how the hell do you keep feeling this way, how can you stay seated on your throne (aka stay seated in your consciousness), and where do you turn for advice in this massive wellness world.

On a yoga high one week, feeling like my best self, then falling down, feeling like my worst self. It’s not a pretty process and let me tell you, it’s an exhausting one too.
