Okkkurrrrr, back to our scheduled programming.
We’re on day four of the challenge, that’s halfway through!
How do you feel? Empowered? At ease? Like you’re resetting and reconnecting? Talk to me in the comments over on the ‘tube!
I’m over here crossing my fingers that you’re saying yes, nodding your head, and feeling the magic we’re creating together.
Personally – I feel connected, inspired, fueled and ready to take on the world (aka my life). I hope your answers fall into this same spectrum, but if they don’t, that’s okay too.
I promise that after this flow – you will definitely feel connected and fueled.
And now, let’s dive into YBBC DAY 5. Please extend a warm welcome to your core.….. yes, we’re back to focusing on that fiery space of strength.
The intention behind today’s yoga practice is to work your core, but like last time, to also remind you how powerful you already are, how much potential you already hold, and how much energy you already have.
Aside from the emotional, inspirational side of toning the tummy, below are a handful of physical reasons to focus on the core:
- Supports the weight of the entire body
- Aids in keeping the entire back, especially the lumbar spine healthy and pain free.
- Helps initiate all of our major movements
- Keeps us balanced
- Protects our internal organs
Now please unroll your mat, put on your “I CAN AND I WILL” face, and let’s start to awaken our core strength.
