Now let’s dive into today’s theme – twist + detox.
This yoga class is the perfect counterbalance to all the work you’ve already done. You can expect to take it down a notch, twist into crevices that need some TLC, release tension that no longer serves you (like sore muscles or toxic thoughts), and make room for what you truly do need.
…. like physical strength, mental clarity, positive emotions, and connection to your divine core.
On a physical level, twisting helps recenter your energetic levels, stimulates circulation, releases tension in the muscles of the spine, increases mobility in the abdomen and ribcage area, and most importantly – helps us untwist our mind from the busy day-to-day.
