Without a doubt, the sacral chakra is one of the most popular energy centers.
I’ve got the YouTube analytics to prove it.
My guess is it’s because the sacral chakra strikes a cord with so many things that we struggle with on a daily basis.
Like emotional literacy and maturity, healthy sexuality, being attuned to our needs, giving & receiving pleasure, choosing flexibility over rigidity, and befriending our inner child to have fun and be playful (or to reign in the fun & get shit done).
So yeah, I struggle with all of the above, and I don’t know a soul who also doesn’t.
Now because these are daily struggles, it would behoove each of us to learn some sacral chakra basics ➡️ which is exactly what we’ll do in today’s new off-the-mat video.
