We’ve arrived, yoga fam!
Welcome to the fourth meditation in our chakra energy aligning series.
Last week we reclaimed our power center with a gentle, yet fiery manipura meditation that included the surya mudra & solar plexus affirmations.

Today’s guided meditation softly invites you to open the heart chakra – our center for self-love, relationships, connection and balance.
On the mat, we’ll practice pranayama, the shunya mudra, experience a lotus flower visualization, and affirm over and over – I CHOOSE TO STAY OPEN!
Now what exactly am I talking about when I say “choose to stay open”?
Over the past 90 days, I’ve been tested again and again.
I thought crossing an entire ocean would’ve primed me for motherhood, but between an unplanned belly birth, breastfeeding that turned to formula feeding, moments of PPD, marriage struggles, and a very different body staring back at me…
I’ve had no other choice but to breathe, soften, stay open, and let love in!
