5 Min Root Chakra Affirmation Meditation – Feel Grounded

Come join me for a 5 min root chakra affirmation meditation where we’ll use grounding affirmations to regain our calm, confident center.

When we visit the root chakra, think of it as returning home; home to the physical body that holds your emotions, energy, thoughts, wisdom and soul. Like most homes, your body might be messy, in need of care, and possibly even repair.

So we start here, awakening foundations, becoming present, and building supportive systems.

All you need to do is listen, then repeat the affirmation aloud or internally.

Choose to either be in an upright seated posture or lying down for this root chakra experience, whatever feels best – do that!

Our affirmation for the meditation is “I am fully & completely cared for”.
