Oh hi everyone and anyone.
Welcome to the yoga video you’re going to loveeeeee –
Yoga for Low Back Pain.
This practice is for all of us, because let’s be real, we all sit too damn much & our poor backs need a break from it. And if you check in here regularly, you know my Monday through Friday involves a cube, desk and an “ergonomically” correct chair (quotes meaning what a freaking joke).
And because of this cube, desk and chair situation, I created this yoga practice to help relieve the stress and tension our backs endure.
Whether you suffer from chronic back pain, acute back pain, here and there back pain, or no back pain – this is a wonderful sequence to layer into your current practice.
I do recommend two props to enrich your back love experience, but they’re definitely not required.
One last note before we start flowing.
If you’re experiencing intense back pain or recovering from a back injury, I highly recommend consulting with a professional on what’s best for you. This practice is designed to help my specific body, in hopes that it translates over to your specific body.
