Wake Up Morning Yoga: Balance Body, Mind, Soul with a 40 Min Practice + Meditation

Yoga fam, I’ve returned to the tube to practice yoga on & off the mat with you. 

If you didn’t know, I took a “creating content” hiatus to reorganize my mission and vision… 

And quite truthfully, to avoid mismanaging my energy (a solar plexus skillset that I’m refining 🔥).

Unroll your mat for a 40 minute wake up morning class that will only help you to gloriously start your day ☀️

The idea behind this class is to shake off the heavy or sluggish feeling that we often combat upon waking.

In yoga terms, this feeling is called tamasic. 

Tamasic energy is one of the 3 gunas in yoga psychology, and it’s essentially how the yogis believe consciousness comes into form. 

Everything – you, me, a rock, a plant, a fox – carry these 3 types of energy (tamasic, rajasic, sattvic), except in different proportions based on our natural predisposition and life’s circumstances.

In the morning, we generally all wake with tamasic dominance, and our yoga practice is an effective tool to shift us into a sattvic (balanced) state…

So we can have an EMPOWERING & FULFILLING DAY!

And btw, empowering you to confidently lead a wholesome life by leveraging a holistic yoga practice is why I’m here.

It’s why I keep showing up to share the yoga practice year after year.
