I’m really reckoning with this domino effect the older I get…..
I can no longer chug coffee and force my way through the day. I can no longer stay up late, sleep in, and wake up feeling positive. I can no longer pretend that turning to my phone upon waking is okay or healthy. I can no longer ignore how important intentionality is.

This is why I’m back with a new morning yoga practice.
