So let’s just be real with each other…

The alarm goes off (or in my case, my baby’s monitor wakes me up), you get outta bed, and immediately your mind 🧠 goes to all the things that need your attention.

“All the things” can easily make us feel fragmented, pulled in different directions, and like we can’t possibly feel or be whole and complete.

But this ☝🏽 just isn’t true.

You, me, we are all inherently whole and complete, and our yoga practice is a tool that both reveals and reminds us of this reality.

This doesn’t negate or downplay the laundry list of tasks that need your attention, or the shitty things that might be happening, or the wins that you’re celebrating…

Instead, it helps us maintain a sense of steadiness as life ebbs and flows with its joys, demands, and difficulties, because throughout it all, we’re still and always will be whole and complete.

So yoga fam, if you need to be reminded of this timeless reality, then unroll that mat to start your day with me.
