40 Min Slow Flow Yoga for Self-Care

Welcome to your space for Self-Care!

I think you know this already yoga fam, but I just had a baby and I’m in a postpartum season…

Which essentially means I’m being forced to operate on very little sleep (sometimes only 3 hours 🥴) as I show up to be a mom, wife, yoga student, teacher, leader, and business owner.

Side note: I now fully understand why sleep deprivation is used as a form of torture. It’s debilitating!

Having to be “all these things” is incredibly challenging, and the number one way to combat the lack of sleep I’m getting is by ➡️ taking care of me.

Now I know that “taking care of me” often feels like a trendy, overused, empty phrase these days, but it still stands true that when I believe in my needs & choose to change based on those needs…

I’ve got so much more energy to be “all the things” I need & want to be!

This truth is the inspiration behind today’s brand new YouTube video – a slow flow yoga for self-care.

On the mat, we’ll move intentionally (aka slow) through heart-centering postures that’ll help melt whatever resistance you’re feeling towards caring for yourself…

And as a result, you’ll be able to show up bolder & brighter for whatever roles you and responsibilities you need to embody.
