Welcome to a 15 minute guided meditation that cultivates self-love and acceptance.
This 15 minute experience includes heart chakra breath work, focused awareness of the heart space, and several affirmations paired with the cadence of your breath to cultivate self-love and acceptance.
The meditation starts with breath work to bring you into the present and anchor your energy, preparing you for the meditation.
It then shifts to repeating I AM STRONG on the inhale and I AM SOFT on the exhale.
Followed by I LOVE MYSELF on the inhale and I ACCEPT MYSELF on the exhale.
As you repeat these statements, I’ll be inviting you to de-armor your heart by allowing perfection, proving, performing, pleasing, and pretending to melt away.
By allowing judgement, blame, and shame to no longer take up space.
By noticing after just 15 minutes, the newfound spaciousness, lightness, ease, and expansion you’ve created.
Now let me be clear.
This guided meditation is not solely for the month of love or when you’re feeling lovey dovey.
It can be used to maintain your relationship to Self.
It can be used to greater love someone else, especially when you’re experiencing impatience or resentment.
And it can be used for when you’re hating on yourself and feeling like shit.
It’s a multi-purpose meditation and it’s now yours to use as you see fit.
