30 Minute Yoga Practice for Travel

Today’s post is all about making the body feel good, like real good feel good.

Did that even make sense, I’m not sure, but you get the point…..

In a nutshell – today’s yoga video is for you, it’s to unwind your beautiful body, to release stored tension, rejuvenate your soul, reconnect all the dots, to simply stretch, to feel good, like real good feel good.

The wedding has come and gone and we’re now happily honeymooning in Hawaii. After multiple planes and 10+ hours of sitting in confined spaces, we made it to our destination.

While I LOVE to travel & wish it was a greater part of my life, I have to admit – I hate sitting for so fucking long. It’s painful, it’s irritating, my butt falls asleep yet I never fall asleep, it’s just not my thing.

Even at work – I’m constantly rearranging my position, it’s simply not natural to me (or anyone for that matter).

But what is natural is movement, expression, stretching, and feeling good within our bodies – or what I like to call yoga.

I designed the below yoga sequence so that regardless of where you are in the world – bus station, airport, outside, inside, amongst friends or strangers – it’s accessible, available to all levels, and an all-over body stretch.

Think of it as your favorite blanket to snuggle up with or that feeling of walking into your home after a work day…. that’s what this practice should evoke. Pure enjoyment, familiarity, warmth, and a coming home.

I want you to come home to your body, mind, and soul….. and then get on with your beautiful, epic life, because I know you’re busy!
