I won’t lie to ya yoga fam, this evening yoga flow is so, so, so good.
As I write this email and review the sequence, I’m craving these movements to unwind from the daily tension we undoubtedly accumulate.
So here’s the deal…
I want you to make a commitment to unroll your mat this week and do this practice with me.
It’s intended to support you in the evening, but it can easily be used any time of the day to recenter and relax.
Here’s a sneak peek of what you can expect on the mat ➡️
🌜We started seated with side body stretches that will immediately create much needed spaciousness.
🌜We move into an incredibly effective arm sequence that frees up the shoulders and neck (who the freak doesn’t need that!).
🌜We then work through simple movements to release stale, stuck or stagnant energy that has the potential to keep us from getting a solid night of restful sleep.
🌜We wind down the sequence with one of my fav restorative hip postures 💎 diamond stretch.
🌜Lastly, we close the practice with a cooling, calming, centering breath technique called sitali.
And did I mention, all of this happens in just 30 minutes.
Find 30 minutes over the next week to commit to this new evening yoga flow & care for your body, mind and soul.
Your body will thank you after a day of efforting.
