Welcome to your 30 Minute Morning Sun Salutation Yoga Flow.

Join me on the mat for a sun salutation flow to help uplift your energy and awaken your power. Your morning yoga sequence includes energizing breath work, full body movements to warm up, and strength building yoga to help you ground down and rise into your full potential.

Most of us know the benefits of a regular yoga practice, Western science has been catching on, and we’ve seen yoga help manage pain, heal aches and increase overall physical health. Yoga has been known to:

  • increase strength and flexibility
  • help with good posture
  • maintain your nervous system
  • lower your blood pressure
  • improve your sleep

That list goes on and on.

Lean in though, because I want to tell you something…. the real beauty of yoga is it doesn’t end there. This practice, while hella good for your body, can work real magic for your mental, soul and energetic health.

That’s why I created this powerful full body morning yoga practice.

While I love seeing this community grow physically stronger, what I really want is for you to grow spiritually stronger. I want to see you start your day feeling whole and using your infinite potential to accomplish your dreams and goals.

I want you to awaken to your potential, and experience challenge, power, presence, and purpose!

This 30 minute at home morning yoga sequence is designed to wake you up in body, mind and soul. We’ll start with a root chakra breath practice to ground your energy, move into a warm-up sequence for the whole body (think yummy postures like puppy pose and sphinx), then flow through sun salutation variations perfect for yoga students of all levels. We end with more anchoring postures, such as dynamic bridge (a personal fav) and core work to help ignite your inner flame.

To seal this beautiful experience we’ll ground through root chakra breathwork one last time before setting an intention to guide our day.
