Yoga Teacher Coaching Call: Simplify Your Yoga to Support Your Business

Is your yoga stopping you from yoga? Is your business (or busy-ness) keeping you from your business? How can you simplify your personal yoga practice in order to support you in your business?

If you’re thinking “Hell Yes!” to any of these questions, join Allie & your yoga teacher peers to contemplate on how we can have simplified, soulful & thriving businesses, AND how our yoga can support this.

Tune into this coaching call, inspired by this Prasad Rangnekar’s IG post, to be reminded that you’re not alone if your business feels the EXACT opposite of simplistic (most importantly), and watch as 9 yoga professionals and myself connect through a laser coaching session. Use their questions & my answers as tools to take imperfect action and continue making progress with your business goals and dreams!

Below are questions inspired by simplifying our businesses:

  • Laura feels torn on her in-person retreats. How does she cater to everyone’s needs while staying true to herself? {starts at 25:00}
  • Brittanie created a membership course & now feels overwhelmed. How can she simplify to get down to the essence of what her members need? {starts at 33:35}
  • Christina wants to teach yoga for people with health issues. Can she start a business that’s mostly centered around yin & restorative yoga? {starts at 41:41}
  • Gina loves to teach hatha, but doesn’t want to be pigeon holed by one yoga style. What’s the best way to create a class title and description that truly expresses what she’s offering? {starts at 47:52}
  • Brandee is wanting to offer free park yoga to help grow her audience. Will this be a great way for her to attract people & network? {starts at 56:50}
  • Becca is wanting to market prenatal classes for brand new pregnant yogis. Would creating a mini workshop be a good marketing strategy for her to continue building her subscribers? {starts at 58:26}
  • Carrie wants to move to Mexico to live and teach yoga. What are some of the things she should be looking for when choosing a place to settle down? {starts at 1:02:23}
  • Sequoia wants to teach classes online, but feels blocked by technology. What platform should she start out on to grow her audience base? {starts at 1:05:42}
  • Bobbi wants to build a course for her members. What steps should she take to make this successful? {starts at 1:09:28}

These calls happen on the final(ish) Monday of each month at 10 AM EST. The coaching call starts with a short centering practice, journal prompts, connection with peers via breakout rooms, and rounds off with one-on-one laser coaching! I recommend coming as much as possible (because they’re free), bringing your questions and frustrations, a place to jot down aha’s, and an open heart and mind.
