What does truth with a capital “T” look like to you? What would your most truthful personal practice look like (or not look like)? What would your most truth teachings include (or not include)? What would your most truthful business offerings be (or not be)?
Join Allie & your business driven peers as we contemplate how we can bring satya not only to our personal practice, but also to our teachings and our businesses. Inspired by Prasad Rangnekar’s post, watch as everyone who attended shares their Truth, and how they want to embody satya as yoga students, yoga teachers, and yoga business owners.
Below are questions inspired by how to incorporate satya into our businesses:
- Christina has health issues that sometimes impair her yoga practice and teachings. How can she still make it to the mat while also being truthful to her body?
- Sareesa is in her first year of teaching consistently and wants to share how yoga has changed her life. How can she be truthful in how her yoga journey started while also keeping it professional?
- Liz is using an expensive video editing software and is looking to switch. What’s a great recommendation that’ll keep the process flowing without emptying her pockets?
These calls happen on the final (ish) Monday of each month at 10 AM EST. They start with a short centering practice, followed by journal prompts, connection with peers, and one-on-one laser coaching! I recommend coming as much as possible (because they’re free), bringing your questions and frustrations, a place to jot down aha’s, and an open heart and mind.
