Winter Solstice Restorative Yoga

Prepare to get cozy with me!

We’re celebrating the Winter ❄️ Solstice with a nourishing restorative yoga flow.

For this class you’ll need: a blanket, a bolster, comfy clothes and anything that helps set the mood.

On the mat, we’ll journey through a gentle practice that targets each of the chakras. By the end, you’ll feel energetically resourced and able to softly transition into your winter season.
