Welcome to the mat, welcome to your practice.

This is an invitation to embody the water 💧 element with this calss, so you can more easily and enjoyably navigate life’s ever-changing stream.

Water is an essential quality for our physical bodies (the annamayakosha), as it hydrates, lubricates and nourishes all of our systems and processes.

On a subtle level though, water is also essential for our mental & emotional body (the manomayakosha). Here, we need this same lubricating and nourishing force to help us manage our thoughts & feelings.
