Sound Element Yoga | Gentle Seated Practice for Spaciousness

As I type this, I’m recovering from the flu 🤒 while feeling overwhelmed with my to do list – which is the perfect occasion for a class like this.

Today’s sound element class is designed to create a sense of spaciousness by helping us regulate thoughts & emotions, which then allows us to reconnect with our powerful essence.

It’s a perfect practice for anyone who’s experiencing a season of overwhelm, recovering from illness, or who wants to strengthen their essence.

When you join me on the mat, we’ll practice bhramari breath to first withdraw from our senses and enliven our inner presence, then we’ll do several gentle arm & neck stretches to care for the throat region, and we’ll end with the samputa mudra for truthfulness.
