Wanna learn about the heart chakra, anahata?
Searching for lifestyle tips to start your healing process?
I’ve got ya covered, yoga fam!
In today’s new heart chakra class we’re going to cover the basics, like the location, element, activity, identity and purpose.
What it means to be energetically balanced, excess or deficient, and I’ll share markers to help you identify this.
And lastly, we’ll chat about several lifestyle suggestions that you can start putting into practice.
If you’re on the fence about tuning in, let me know if you resonate with any of this…
- Your love is conditional
- You struggle with opening up, giving and receiving
- There’s a lack of empathy or compassion
- You’re kinda-sorta judgmental (guilty 🙋♀️)
Or, how about this…
- Give excessively to others to fulfill your own needs, but you’re actually denying your personal needs by doing this
- You tend to need constant reassurance or seek acknowledgement, attention and external validation
- There’s codependency, possessiveness or jealousy happening
None of the above is good, bad, right or wrong, it’s simply information that helps us expand our self-awareness and understand the state we typically operate from.
Then, we get to choose to try something different. This is what I love about our yoga practice, it’s all one giant empowering experiment.
If this is what you love about the yoga practice too, then come join me for this off-the-mat heart chakra class.
