What the heck is a holistic yoga practice? And why does it matter anyway? 

A holistic yoga practice is more than single poses or surface-level promises.

It’s a practice that carefully weaves together various tools & concepts to support the yoga student on their journey back to wholeness. 

The teacher (that’s me 🙋🏼‍♀️) is tasked with selecting an appropriate class theme, poses, breathing techniques, mantras, mudras, a meditation, and anything else that will help the student regain equanimity (aka stop spinning) so they can evolve and make progress. 

As your teacher, I don’t take this responsibility lightly. 

Everything I create here (on & off the mat) is intended to offer support and strength, so you can ride life’s waves with a little more grace and a lot less angst. 

And so you can pursue those scary things that make you feel alive and bring your soul online.
