Challenge Your Mind! 20 Min Seated Yoga For Confidence & Resiliency

Before we talk about just how much your arms & self-esteem are going to love me….

Today’s class is a 20 min seated practice for confidence inspired by Kia Miller. 

Without ever leaving the floor, you’ll burn through mental and emotional dross, cleanse your energetic sheath, and reconnect to your grounded, focused, worthy self. 

Inside the BMS Studio, we refer to this “self” as our Inner Mentor (and we ❤️ her/him/them). 

You can do this class seated at your desk, on the couch, at the park or beach, in the car, or even on public transport, and it only requires 20 minutes of effort.

We can do this fam, let’s join together and support one another.  

Here’s what you’re in for on the mat with me. 

  • Begin with the surya mudra, the gesture of the sun & fire element 
  • Bring into our mind’s eye a current obstacle we’re facing 
  • Practice several dynamic & static arm movements to strengthen our mental & emotional resilience
  • Return to the surya mudra for rest, stillness and integration 

That’s it! Short, fiery and effective 🔥
