Air Element Gentle Yoga | Self-Care for Balance

As I type this, we’re winding down from a fulfilling week with family.

But as with any holiday, it came with stressors like traveling with a baby, middle of the night wakings, family dynamics and an abundance of eating.

I’m so thankful for our week away, but my WHOLE self needs some TLC.
