30 Min Yoga for Self-Care & Stress Relief

With all my classes, I’m here to support your wellbeing, build your toolkit, and help you grow on & off your mat…

And this class is no different with a new gentle practice that promises to do just that.

It’s a slow-paced class centered around self-care and stress relief that includes some of my fav floor-based postures like child’s pose, thread the needle, puppy pose, sphinx, crocodile and half frog.

I suggest coming in comfortable clothing, bringing your supportive props, and really taking the time to create an environment that’s warming, welcoming and inviting.
