We’ll start with the muladhara chakra, awakening our strength, structure and stability, then slowly ascend through the chakra 🌈 system with different sun salutation variations.
The svadhisthana chakra brings us into a low-lunge series to nourish the hip region.
The manipura chakra brings us into twists to fire up our personal power center.
The anahata chakra brings us into a strong standing series where we prioritize expansion across the chest region.
The vishuddha chakra brings us into humble warrior, opening the throat and SAYING YES to being heard.
The ajna chakra brings us into warrior ||| to remind us that we can concentrate & command our inner & outer realities.
The sahasrara chakra brings us into savasana for a full-body chakra scan as we rest & integrate the experience.
When you finish the practice & step off your mat, it’s my intent that you feel more whole, and in control of your inner & outer worlds.
