30 Min Fire Element Yoga Flow 🔥 Feel Calm & Confident

All of the above are things I’m searching 🔍 for, hence the reason for today’s fire element yoga class.

On the mat, we’ll start our sadhana (spiritual practice) with seated gentle twists, then work our way into one of my favorite superchargers – holding surya mudra with the arms extended for 3 minutes 😳😳😳

After this, you’ve got a whole lotta planks (with an option to layer on breath of 🔥) and twists to awaken & strengthen your internal flame, and we end with a series of poses that lead to a calming savasana.
