On the mat, we’ll start our sadhana (spiritual practice) with seated gentle twists, then work our way into one of my favorite superchargers – holding surya mudra with the arms extended for 3 minutes 😳😳😳

After this, you’ve got a whole lotta planks (with an option to layer on breath of πŸ”₯) and twists to awaken & strengthen your internal flame, and we end with a series of poses that lead to a calming savasana.
