Today’s theme centers on seizing the day!
On the mat, we’ll build towards warrior III (an advanced balancing pose, IMO) to bolster the fact that we can do hard things off the mat.
Whatever you’re needing to make progress towards or complete today, use this class as your springboard to connect with your personal power and to cultivate the energy you need to do hard things (thank you Glennon Doyle for that empowering phrase).

Here’s what you can expect when unroll your mat & press play.
We’ll lovingly prepare our legs, core, and balancing capabilities before we venture into our peak pose – warrior III! We’ll then wind down with my fav puppy pose variation, an introspective forward fold, dynamic bridge pose, and a restorative inversion called waterfall pose.
Finally, we’ll close with an energizing pranayama & the vajra mudra for activating the solar plexus.
