25 Min Pranayama Practice | Daily Nervous System Reset

Last week I shared that I was down to the wire…

with a really important project, and that my nervous system was frieddddd from not managing my time (read: mindset) appropriately.

Now because we heavily rely on the chakra system here, let’s examine what the heck happened through this lens.

First, I was LITERALLY stuck in crown chakra land, listening to all the limiting BS beliefs that I wasn’t knowledgeable enough, experienced enough, or prepared enough…

Which only led to overwhelm and inaction…

Which then resulted in me having to work on overdrive, ignore other important responsibilities, and experience some pretty extreme fatigue.

Has this happened to you recently?

I’m going to guess “probably”, because you’re an imperfect, doing your best human like me!

In chakra speak, my limiting beliefs first sent me into solar plexus chakra deficiency (disconnected from my personal power & struggling to take imperfect action), BUT THEN they swung me in the exact opposite direction because I had a deadline to meet.

That direction being an excess solar plexus chakra where one experiences exhaustion, burnout and fatigue.

Now I got the project done, but afterwards it was 100% apparent that my mindset, my body and my nervous system WEREN’T happy with me.

I sincerely needed to HIT RESET, which is the purpose of today’s new YouTube yoga class ().

If for whatever reason your nervous system is fried like mine, then this is your sign to not reach for that familiar numbing activity, to not stay bitter about your choices, and to not accept this level of exhaustion.
