20 Min Yoga Stretch | Feel Revitalized & Refreshed

If you’re navigating a difficult life season like me, then ooph, this yoga class will be so beneficial for your body-mind-soul wellbeing.

All you need is 30 minutes, and I promise you’ll feel lighter, freer and more at ease.

I recommend starting with the asana class shared here, and following it up with this pranayama & mudra practice to create the perfect combo of yoga tools & teachings.

Both classes have been designed to specifically care for your energetic body, or what’s known as the pranamayakosha.

⚡ The energetic body is the second one within the five-body kosha system

⚡ Prana translates to vitality or life force

⚡ Within the pranamayakosha lives the vayus, the nadis and the chakra system

⚡ The goal is to create a free flow of energy that enlivens & nourishes your physical, mental and emotional bodies

Freeing up prana is the objective for both of these practices, because when we’re in a difficult season, we need ways to express & discharge tense, stale or stuck energy!

When something is causing me grief, my yoga practice is the safest & fastest way to shift my entire state of being, which only helps me to show up with more patience, empathy and understanding.

…even if my small, insecure self fights me every freaking step of the way!

So, I urge you to carve out 30 minutes of time to do both of these practices back-to-back, then notice the shift it creates.

And if you tend to skip over the slower, subtler classes, this is your cue to go against the grain and make it just as important as your asana practice.

Some of my greatest healing has happened in the calmer, slower moments where on the outside it looks like nothing is happening, but on the inside…
