Join me for a gentle restorative yoga class that’s designed to help you draw inward and practice reflection.
Here’s what you can expect on the mat:

➡️ Child’s pose, seated forward fold with twists, downward dog, and a prone savasana are all waiting!
For this relaxing practice, I chose forward folds & reflection as our theme.
Why did I do this?
Because energetically forward folds are grounding, calming and nurturing.
The act of folding forward is an act of surrender where we withdraw from the noise of the exterior to retreat inward.
It’s an opportunity to descend beneath the noisy chatter of the manomayakosha (the mental/emotional landscape), so we can connect with intuition & discernment (the vijnanamayakosha, the wisdom body).
It’s here that we can welcome whatever is simmering beneath the surface, and observe all of the possible perspectives around questions, obstacles and challenges.
This is a great practice to rest, carve out spaciousness, and capitalize upon the downward & inward experience that can lead to reflective conversations.
Come in comfortable clothing, bring all the props you have, and get ready to relax!
