Don’t let this short yoga class fool you.
Somehow I managed to design a yoga sequence that cares for your WHOLE BODY in just 15 freaking minutes.
In this tiny amount of time you’ll move through poses connected to each chakra (energy centers), like low-lunge sun salutations, planks, cobra pose, reverse table, and end with surya bhedana and a quiet moment to set an intention.

Wondering what surya bhedana is? I got you!
This breathing technique activates the pingala nadi (right side of the body) which is your solar, fiery, masculine, yang nature.
It involves breathing exclusively in and out of the right nostril by closing the left nostril.
It’s a FANTASTIC pranayam to start and support your day.
Now you know it’s my mission to help you take your yoga off the mat and into your daily life, which is why this class ends with an invitation to set an intention.
Sometimes it can be difficult though to do this in the moment.
If you need an intention for today, try one of the following:

🌊 Play and pleasure fuel my day
