The SEVEN LETTER WORD you need

The other day I was chatting with a longtime girlfriend…

Specifically, about what’s next for her future.

This friend has been on a decade-long journey to achieve something that’s still not in her reach, and as you can imagine she’s feeling a bit lost and defeated.

She’s got lots of ideas on how to move forward, but also feels like she’s lacking clarity and confidence to take that next best step forward.

Can anyone here relate? THIS GIRL CAN 🙋‍♀️

As my friend and I wrapped up our convo, she expressed the desire for a contemplative weekend retreat.

A retreat devoted to her and only her.

One where she’d turn inward, pause, process, reflect, celebrate, and plant new seeds. One where she’d get really honest about what’s not working, what is working, and how best to proceed.

With everything that’s currently happening, she can’t attend an in-person yoga or contemplative retreat, so we brainstormed a few other ways to make this happen.

If we’re being transparent with one another, who doesn’t need a contemplative weekend retreat?

With the year we’ve had, I highly doubt any of us couldn’t benefit from a nourishing and empowering weekend retreat experience.

And as the Fall Equinox approaches this coming month, we’re being called to return home, reevaluate, and recommit to ourselves and what matters most.

This is a beautiful, synchronistic and energetically aligned time to be doing this type of work.

People who’ve done this work with me before have been able to…

  • Let go of ideas and material items that didn’t serve them
  • Reconnect to taking care of their body
  • Feel a renewed sense of confidence, spaciousness and balance
  • Remember they are enough!
  • Work through challenges and stay centered during the process

  • Reestablish safety, security, and feeling supported

Many of you have asked for this surprise, written to me with your requests, and in the past I wasn’t ready to make it happen… because we had in-person yoga retreats to plan and lead.

But this is THE YEAR of embracing change, so save the date (Sept. 25 – 27) for a never before live yoga retreat experience.

PS – Update on our road trip 🚘

We’re now in Portland visiting friends, enjoying hot showers, and sleeping in a bed versus the back of the car! Next up we head to Yosemite for a week of camping and hiking…. and I’m happy to report that Goldie, our newly purchased 15 year old SUV, is chugging along with ease.
