Today’s topic is a no bullshit, super raw, authentic version of how I learned to love my body.
I didn’t learn it in a magazine, I didn’t kill myself with extreme diets or by limiting my food choices, I didn’t do it through a challenge or a program, and I most certainly didn’t do it while gliding on an elliptical.
…… sorry elliptical lovers, I just can’t find the silver lining.
I did it through it self-study, self-care, and self-love.
That might sound uber cliche and vague, but it’s the truth – no gimmicks, no frills, no bullshit.
Just me. Period.
Journey Junkie Happenings:
Okay, maybe I had a little bit of help, or probably a lot of help. But in the end, I had to make the decision to shift my perception, my intentions, and my actions. I had to choose to do the work on all levels, from the surface all the way to my soul.
And I did it.
It didn’t happen overnight, it didn’t happen in a week, and it most certainly didn’t happen in a year.
