We choose our attitude, the conversations to engage in, the movements to make, the actions to take, and everything in-between. And while at times your ability to make choices feels nonexistent or barely present, I promise you, it’s there – waiting for you to transform intention into action.

It’s filled with challenge, tragedy, fear, uncertainty, disbelief, and piles of scary ish. So how do we, oh so powerful people, move past the scary ish and learn to create, make, and sustain positive choices?
That’s where I come into this equation.
I’m here to help offer up my tried and true experiences + a guided meditation. Please remember, I hold zero certifications or formal education in this field, but do feel it’s important to share one another’s knowledge + experience. If it weren’t for others sharing their successes and failures, I wouldn’t be the person I am today.
And now, let’s get into it.
Put your headphones on, jam to this in your car, or find a comfortable, seated position in a quiet place. Regardless of where you are, remove distractions, take a deep breath, close your eyes (if possible), and here we go….
